By the way both Tina and Korra pull the mask to remove it and show their teeth increased before completing the whole transformation (with the body already improved and missing only the clothes and the mind of the person using it to be changed), it seems the What artifact is causing them to pull that part unconsciously so that the user shows the trademark smile of the werewolf superhero.

Is that right?
